Welcome to the Bristol Classical Guitar Society. Our mission is to promote and extend the profile of the classical guitar in the south west and to bring together players, makers, composers and enthusiasts of all levels. Our meetings include solo and ensemble practice and performance, seminars and masterclasses; our Concert Series presents internationally acclaimed performers. We would be delighted to have you at any of our meetings and events. We meet on the second Thursday of the month at 7:30 pm.  We meet at the Unitarian Meeting Hall, Brunswick Square, BS2 8PE.

Our congratulations to BCGS patron Berta Rojas!

We are delighted to share the wonderful news from the USA that our patron Berta Rojas won two Latin Grammy Awards for her latest album, Legado, a celebration of two of the guitar’s most prestigious female exponents, Ida Presti and Maria Luisa Anido.
